Welcome to my world! There are more than 60 books to discover. I write mostly for children, but sometimes for grown-ups too.

 

My stories are of different kinds, funny and sad, scary and mysterious. Some are inspired by my own experiences, while others are just made up. I also like to retell ancient Indian folktales, legends and myths. And yes, I write poems too. Writing poetry is one of the most important forms of creative expression for me.

 

At present I live in the busy and crowded city of New Delhi. However, I grew up in a very quiet little town in the foothills of the Himalayas, where many of my stories are set.
